As Team Lead Final Assembly (f/m/d), you'll lead our Final Assembly team of 7 Electronic Technicians in Darmstadt — and play a key role in delivering our products efficiently and at high quality. The role combines shaping and improving with a genuine hands-on approach: you enjoy leading people, improving processes, and stepping onto the shopfloor as a Supervisor to support your team when needed.
