Our Corporate Finance: Mergers and Acquisitions / Equity Capital Markets (M&A/ECM) division sits within our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business. The division provides the full range of advisory and financing products, and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large- and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments and government agencies as well as financial investors.
