Accommodation Manager (m/w/d) – Leipzig

Lumya Living is a growing student accommodation provider with residences across Austria, Germany and the UK. Our focus is on creating high-quality living environments that combine comfort, service and community.

For our student residence in the heart of Leipzig, we are looking for an Accommodation Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of the site.

In this key role, you will lead the on-site team and act as the central point of contact for our residents, internal departments, service providers and external partners. You will ensure that the residence operates smoothly, maintains high service and compliance standards, and delivers an excellent resident experience.
